How much does PreciousCams.com cost?
PreciousCams.com has different billing options depending on various circumstances. We typically charge a monthly membership for standard access to the site. This includes access to live free chat with almost all of our online performers and access to our picture archive, which consists of over 100,000 pictures that have been compiled from various live sex webcam shows over the years. There are also private services available on a "pay for play" basis. Some models charge for extra-hardcore live webcam shows. You can also tip the models for good performances at your discretion.
A lot of webcam networks make their customers pay high per minute rates to see any chat at all. A Member ID is a unique ID that our billing companies issue for each transaction that takes place. This Member ID is helpful if you want to look up your account for any reason. Although itis possible for us to look up your account via other methods using your Member ID is the preferred method at PreciousCams.com where we offer live webcam shows.
What will show up on my credit card statement?
It depends on which billing company you used to buy your membership to access our live cam shows at PreciousCams.com. We use two billing companies: WCbicam.com and Epoch.com. One of those two things will show up on your statement. A phone number will also be included in case you having any billing questions.
My account stopped working. Why?
When an account at PreciousCams.com, the ultimate live video chat site, is cancelled it can still access a limited member's area that allows you to sign up again using either the same or a new credit card. Your account will never just 'stop'working under normal circumstances. Your account may be automatically cancelled if the credit card was declined during an attempted billing of membership fees but you will still be able to access a page that gives you notice to re-activate your account.
I did not receive a sales confirmation. Why not?
This could have happened for one of two most likely reasons. The first reason is that you accidentally entered the wrong e-mail address when signing up. For security reasons, we do not allow anyone to update their email address or another account information so unfortunately the mistake will remain permanently. However, you can still access the site fine without an email address and we can provide a copy of your sales receipt to you upon request if you contact our customer service department.
The other reason would be because your ISP for some reason has blacklisted our IP addresses from sending you e-mail. There is nothing we can do about this. The confirmation e-mail text is available in the customer service area once you have logged into the site. We are 'white-listed' with most major ISP's including Yahoo, AOL, and Hotmail.

How do I cancel my account?
Do you really want to cancel your account at PreciousCams.com? There is no other site on the internet that offers free quality webcam shows and live performances 24 hours per day. PreciousCams.com is the premiere webcam network on the adult internet. If you really want to cancel your account follow the instructions listed below. What is your refund policy?
We do not issue refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances for which we feel a refund is merited. These may be things like great dissatisfaction with a model's performance in private chat or the site not working properly for some reason. In cases like these we will issue refunds in the form of site credit on a case by case basis. Things such as other complaints the model has received or other customer comments will be taken into consideration.
Will I get in trouble if I lie about the charges in order to get a refund?
PreciousCams.com takes fraud very seriously. We have working relationships with most major credit card issuers and banks as well as contacts with local law enforcement agencies. We do prosecute credit card fraud without hesitation. Not only that, we work with collection agencies to recover damages induced by fraudulent activity. If you want to play games with us be prepared to see collections on your credit report. Rest assured that we have a professional fraud team that reviews every single transaction to investigate instances of fraud so you don't have to worry about your account being compromised! Please don't try to fraud us.
There is a $100 charge on my Online Banking but I didn't spend $100. Why is it there?Some of our billing schemes call for per minute billing without the purchase of site credit. When this billing type is used your card will be authorized for up to $100 to make sure that there are available funds. We simply 'hold' this money in case you spend all of it on our site. Any spending you do in private chat will be billed against this authorization. The authorization will be closed within 24 hours for the exact amount you spent in the room and you will be billed that amount. (i.e. if you spend $24.42 the $100 will disappear from your Online Banking and will be replaced with a $24.42 charge). Customer Service can manually 'settle' the authorization if you call and ask us.
